Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before packing and dispatch.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
• Approved pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Amaayu may cancel an order due to stock issues, payment failures, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Returns

Food and beverage products are generally non-returnable. We do accept returns in the specific cases below.

• Transit damage, or a broken seal on delivery.
• Wrong product delivered, leakage, a manufacturing defect, or an expired product.
• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video and your order number.
• Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after verification.
• Eligible cases: approved cancellations, damaged or incorrect products, lost shipments, or confirmed courier non-delivery.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are refunded only when the error is on Amaayu’s side.

Replacements

For eligible quality issues we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Non-returnable items

• Opened bottles
• Consumed products
• Customer-damaged products
• Free promotional items

Delivery & address

• Report any delivery issue within 48 hours.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Fraud prevention

Fraudulent or repeated abusive claims may be rejected.

Our quality commitment

Every Amaayu product goes through quality checks before dispatch. If something genuinely went wrong, tell us and we will resolve it promptly.
